Pre-Natal Yoga

I just wanted to share the good experience I am having at pre-natal yoga at Avalon Yoga in Catonsville.  Classes are reasonably priced and offered during the week night (Wednesdays) so you can save your weekends.  Class size is very small so you get personal attention.

Love meeting the local pg ladies as well, so come on down!
