I've already been bad this morning and had a couple of milk duds.... Oh well
Yesterday:
B: egg whites with avocado and cayenne pepper
L: tomato and avocado salad with balsamic vinegar

red bean and rice
S: candy (was happy that the office candy supply was almost gone so that there would be no more temptation, and low and behold someone brought more candy this morning... jerk...)
I was feeling sick yesterday so I didn't end up exercising and instead took a NyQuil and went to sleep by 8...

Yah I started out my morning with a payday... It has peanuts though so it's ok
Yesterday:
B: Egg and cheese croissant from whole foods
S: A few pieces of a Toblerone bar
L: Quinoa and brown rice avocado and cucumber roll and a ceasar salad. A tall Pumpkin Spice Frapp for dessert
I did walk the mile to starbucks and back to the office... so thats something!
S: A bowl of chex cereal and a banana
Yah maybe begining and ending with a croissant sandwich wasnt the BEST idea.... but it was sooo tasty.
