Synagis Shot - reactions?

Finally found out LO was approved for the shot, and I'm taking her in tomorrow.

Anyone whose baby has already had the shot...did they have any reactions? 

She did great with her 2 month shots, but I don't know anyone who has had this shot before.

I posted the same question a few weeks ago and I think everyone said their LOs didn't have any reaction. My DD had a fever after her 2 month and 4 month shots, but no fever after synagis last Tuesday. I hope your LO doesn't have a reaction either!

We had our first Synagis shot last week and she was fine. A little fussy later that afternoon, but otherwise ok!

Got ours yesterday she screamed bloody murder but was fine after! Anyone's lo have to get 2 shots bc of their wt and dosing? My poor lo did she wasn't happy

Of course she cried but after holding her a few minutes she fell asleep.  She was restless for a few hours after, but that's it. I did tear up a little, but not as bad as the 2 month shots I just hate seeing my baby cry from pain.

At about what weight do they give 2 needles? Ugh, I hate shots. We go for our second shot on Wed. He was 12 lbs, 2 oz at his checkup 1.5 weeks ago.

We're going for our first Synagis today, as well as her 4 mo shots. She didn't have any reactions to her 2 mo shots, except from a hard lump at the injection site which lasted over a month! I hope we don't have any reactions to the combination of shots today.

We've had two Synagis shots now with no issues other than a sore muscle at the injection site. He had the same issue with his 2 mo shots but a fever for 36 hrs after his 4 mo shots.

You know how they bend their little legs over the side of the table for their 2 month shots? So it keeps their muscles not flexed? They didn't do that for the synagis shot, and they got blood on her blanket. 

However, she didn't cry anywhere near as hard as she did when they did the saline/snot sucker on her poor little nose.

Hmmm ... that's odd. They always bend my LO's leg over the table. I wouldn't be afraid to ask them to do it next time.

My LO giggles at the bulb in his nose. It must tickle!  :-)

I think I will.  This last time I just asked "are you not going to bend her legs over the table?" I just got a "no" so I figured it had something to do with this particular shot?

Well, we had her first Synagis shot along with her 4 mo vaccines on Thursday (2 days ago). No reactions whatsoever. Other than being a little more clingy the rest of the day

Hope everyone else has a similar experience.
