The joys of being a mother

Well here I am again, it's 1 am and baby won't go to sleep. She's been awake since 12 pm today and refused to nap. She's been fuzzy and to say the least I'm exhausted. My plan today was to clean the kitchen and mop the floor but non of that happened. Little one is 6 weeks old. I know there are many of us in this situation and I guess what's kept me sane is knowing that I'm not alone and that this is temporary. Oh yes forgot to mention that she threw up many times on me today, my boobs were leaking all over my bra AND I spilled food all over my shirt today, and I still haven't gotten around to taking a shower. No one said it would be easy but they did day it would be worth it. The joys of being a mother.

Aww hopefully it was better after you posted!!
My LO was up all night last night. Screamed all day. All day. Had to run to the store and come home holding him and groceries and out goes my bottle of red wine. Shattered all over. I was sooo looking forward to a glass after H got home!

Oh LO is still upset so I leave the mess and check his diaper. Explosive poop all over!! Bath time! Lol
