Intralipid infusions?

I'm curious if anyone is doing intralipid infusions through their pregnancy? How long did / will you continue? I had one before and after transfer and now every 4 weeks since BFP. I can't remember if my RE said I could stop or continue the whole pregnancy. I'll ask her of course, but curious what other RE's recommend.

I had one transfusion before tranfer and one after positive pregnancy test. My RE told me how many transfusions each patient needs depends on their Natural Killer cell levels. Mine were barely over what was considered normal so I only needed the 2.

I had one about a week before my transfer.  I think had one about a week after my positive beta and another 4 weeks after that.  So a total of 3, 2 of which were after transfer.

I do ivig instead of intralipids every 4 weeks. Sometimes we do them as frequent as every 2-3 weeks and will continue through 34-36 weeks depending on my nk cell and cytokine levels.
