sick and tired of cold and tired

The munchkin decided 1:30 am was a good time to wake up. Three hours of sleep for me is going to make for a really long work day. Ugh
Out of curiosity, does anyone else's internal thermostat get wonky when you are tired? I normally run a little warm but when I am tired, or tired and hungry, I am freezing.

Yup, I freeze when I'm tired.  It sucks, because it makes it harder to fall asleep if I'm cold, so I keep a microwave heating pack close by!
