7 weeks pregnant wth twins!

I'm a first time mom with twins (we heard the heartbeats today, YAY).  I'm wondering if you ladies started showing earlier because of multiples.......

I could not fit into my regular pants at 5 weeks, (didnt know it was twins), grew out of the fat pants I bought by 10 weeks, grew out of second trimester maternity clothes at 18 weeks, and now am growing out of my maternity medium sized clothes at 28.5 weeks. I've spent so much of clothing its disgusting, should have just bought mumus from day 1.

Congrats!! So exciting, welcome I'm a FTM of twins so I have nothing to compare to but I did start wearing maternity jeans pretty early on.

Congratulations! It's so overwhelming in the beginning.

I started wearing maternity pants at 8-9 weeks but I don't feel like I'm much bigger than I would be with a Singleton pregnancy just yet.  There are a few ladies I work with who are also around 17-18 weeks and I'm about the same size as them now... I'm sure that won't last much longer.

I'm a FTM and probably started having to unbutton my pants around 8 weeks (my friend told me to use an elastic hairtie to give some extra room so that's what I did)
I didn't know that it was twins at that point. Though another friend insisted I had to be having twins.
She was right! Lol

I'm a STM and will be 13 weeks tomorrow. Doc says my uterus is feeling like 16 weeks (which she says is normal). But I'm still in regular clothes and not terribly uncomfortable. I imagine that will change in the next week or so (or tomorrow, ha!). I really think it just depends from person to person and their shape/build, everything. I was overweight to begin with, but have so far gained less at this point with the twins than I did at this same time with DD.

I guess I was lucky and didnt NEED to wear mat pants til about 14 weeks though I had morning sickness and wore them because they were more comfortable. Now everything is getting small FAST.... My yoga pants are now like tights with my ever swelling legs!

I'm 7 weeks and living in high waisted leggings with cute sweaters. Can wait for my bump!

Congrats! I didn't start showing/wearing maternity pants until about 21ish weeks. I have no prior pregnancies to compare it to though.

This makes me feel better. I'm 6 1/2 weeks and already rocking the belly band and have bought maternity pants already. I'm just busting out of my jeans here!

Congratulations!  Welcome!   I was in maternity clothes by 8 weeks.  Really started showing around 12-13 weeks, as of last Friday (15w1d) I was measuring 21w...

Congrats and welcome! I'm a STM with triplets and I was in maternity pants at 4-5 weeks I was so bloated.

I found out on 11/5 that we are having twins. I know when I ovulated 9/29 (on day 9) which would make me 7 weeks, but the dr went by LMP which makes me 6 weeks. The hearts are beating, and I've had horrible nausea every night. Have definitely noticed that my clothes fit differently. I have a 10 yr old and an 8 yr old. I didn't start showing with them until around 5-6 months. I don't think I will be making it that far this time.

Congrats! I'm a STM and definitely got big fast this time. I had to buy mat pants at 8 weeks because the elastic band just wasn't cutting it. I figured I might as well buy them then and get as much wear as I could out of them. With DD I didn't buy mat anything until 20 weeks or so, just got one of those belly bands and a hair elastic.

Congrats!!!  I'm a STM and am 11 weeks. I am still wearing my regular clothes, but I think it has a lot to do with the constant morning sickness that I have had since week 6.

Welcome and Congratulations!  I was in maternity clothes/ using a bella band by 8 weeks because of super bloat.  But I definitely showed pretty early on.  At 15w I was measuring and looking 21w.  Now at 17w strangers feel comfortable enough to mention my pregnancy.

I originally thought that I did, but then it turned out to be an incredibly large collection of cysts. After my surgery to remove one severely enlarged ovary at 17w, I went back to hardly looking pregnant until about 22w.
