2nd Ultrasound

We got to hear our little ones heart beat. My DH started crying. HB was 146 bpm and we measured 7w1d, she says that's probably error between machines. She says everything else looks great. She commented that the gestational sac has a nice thick donut around it.
She said I'm probably developing progesterone sensitivity since I'm exhausted, running higher than normal temp, short of breath. But we still have to stay on pio for 2.5 more weeks...not that I'm counting down..
I started crying when she said I'd only see her one more time.
I wishtreated through the whole pregnancy. I'll miss them.

That's awesome!! Congrats!  I'm nervous to leave my RE, too...I made my first OB appt for 11/22, and that was a bittersweet call to make for sure.  I love the constant monitoring to make sure everything looks ok, and am worried that I'm going to be freaking out without the weekly u/s and blood tests.  Who says these things?!? lol  Anyway....what's wrong w/146bpm at 7 weeks?  That sounds like it's normal and nice and strong, at least from the charts I've see - no?

@FutureMrsW9 - the error between machines was the CRL ...I'm 7w2d, but we measured at 7w1d..hehe - but all is well  My husband turned a little green when she said 7w1d instead of 2!

Our RE has two offices.  The newer location has the primo brand new digital ultrasound machine, the older office has the CRT monitor and the machine is kind of clunky.  When I did my monitoring appts they never matched up between the new machine and the old for follicle count.. it was stressful and for round 3 I did most of my monitoring at the new office just for piece of mind

My REs office has three staff physicians and two Fellows.  It will be particularly sad to leave because I got pretty close with the clinical director (who will be Aunt Amy) and the fellow.  The fellow has been my sanity - we've exchanged probably 600+ emails in the past 10 months.  She is amazing and when she's finished, she will be a fantastic RE.  I adore her.  The whole group is amazing.  I scheduled my final appt for the larger office even though its 45 minutes out of the way because I want to give hugs to all the staff that I've grown to love.

That sounds great!! And I always measure one day behind so my ob said it probably implanted a day later.
