When will they sleep!

My boys 6 months had been doing great sleeping, until about a week ago. They both got sick and then teething for bad. We can't seem to get back in a routine. They wake up twice to eat, where as before it was once or sleeping through. And they are getting up at least one more time. They go down around 8:30. And are up up at 7:30. They have 3 different sitters during the week so naps can be different times. But usually two 3min and one 1-2 hr. But I just can't get them back on track at night. Routine is same. I've tried increasing food during day. Should I try and wean from night feeding? Are they waking up to cuddle. ( we usually fall asleep in chair during feeding) But eating cause it's there? Help. Sorry for rambling just tired and still have to go to work.
