Love both the names. Love Aubrey, but not with Joan. Amelia Joan sounds really nice.

Aubrey doesn't get much love on this bored.  I like it, it is a nice name, easy to spell, say and it is familiar.  

I really like Amelia too, but is a favored name right now.  

For popularity reasons, I vote Aubrey.

Thanks everyone! I've always wanted a name that isn't heard very often. I feel like even though Amelia is popular I still don't hear it too much.

Amelia! I don't mind Aubrey, but between the two, and with the mn Joan I think Amelia is a win!

If popularity is a concern, go with Aubrey. Amelia comes up A LOT on this board, giving me the sense it's becoming really popular

Between the two, I prefer Amelia. I find I'm not a fan of names that start with the "Au-" sound, but that's just my personal preference.
