Lymes disease meds making me sick

Hi all! I am 6w and am also battling lymes disease. The doctors put me on amoxicillin and said the lymes and the meds shouldn't have any effect on the baby- but it is making me sick! Anyone have any tips to counter feeling awful from the amoxicillin? I need help- I can barely sit through a day at work without lying on my office floor

Probiotics.  Buy a live culture brand (Culturelle is good, they sell it as CVS).  Take it two hours removed from your antibiotics, so in between doses.  It should help even things out.  Lyme sucks, so I hope the meds do their job!

I swear by Culturelle! It's amazing stuff, it always helps when I have to take antibiotics. I originally started taking it a few years ago when I was prescribed antibiotics, but since take it every day and it controls my IBS symptoms way better than any medication ever has.

My son struggles taking antibiotics, there isn't one that doesn't make him sick even amoxicillin which isn't as harsh on your stomach as some are. We found out about the culturelle a few years ago and it is a life saver. This past year he had double phnemonia and they loaded him up and he did fine, very little discomfort.

I also have Lyme Disease and am taking Amoxicillin twice a day. I picked up a Rite Aid brand of a probiotic. My LLD had me on a special probiotic while I was taking the Lyme meds, but I wasn't sure if it'd be okay to take while pregnant, so I got something off the shelf. Do you think it's the antibiotic or a combo of that and MS that is making you feel terrible? I felt pretty horrible for the past two weeks till yesterday.
