    Aww my poor little guy has the same issues, including the adhesions, and the ped pushed it back once at his 4 month appt but even though I push back to clean it & use Vaseline, it looks like it's happening again :((

    Hidden penis and adhesions can be related but they aren't the same. They can get adhesions without the hidden penis and vice versa. My LOs adhesions are gone, but he still has the hidden penis and will til he grows and loses that fat pad.
