My LO is 7 months old, and just started crawling ... time to baby proof! We are looking for a baby gate for the stairs, one that preferably you don't have to drill into the wall. Any suggestions?? TIA
Top of the stair gates do have to be drilled in just because of the danger of them putting their weight on it and it coming lose. But it's just a couple small holes. Bottom of the stairs or doorways you can just pressure mount them. We have these:

Can I add a question on here? The top of my stairs I am unsure how to gate because one side is a wall that I could screw something into and the other side is a metal railing. Any suggestions?
We had to buy the double banister kit for the top of our stairs since we have the spiral stair case with wooden railings going around the upper level. There are no screws needed but this only works with a double railing banister.
If you carefully secure a gate, using screws, you should be able to fully cover the holes later on with some wood glue and paint touch up. It is worth it in the long run for the safety it provides.
