Fussy daughter need help

I need some mom advice. Our daughter is now 8 months and Thursday night she didn't sleep at all. When we did rock her to sleep we would put her into her crib and then she would wake up crying. She was running a fever and it was at 101.5 and has been fussy on and off. We have been giving her Tylenol. Then her fever spiked last night to 102.5 and we gave her some Tylenol. She woke up at 2:30 and it was down to 102.1. Gave her some more Tylenol and this morning when she woke up at 7 it was at 98.9. She still is really tired but at least her fever is down and she did sleep last night. Even though she didn’t have a fever today she  has been really fussy and doesn't want to really eat anything. She has been like this most of the day up and down. I can see a sleepless night coming. We are probably going to end up going to the walk in clinic tomorrow to see what is going on. I think it is an ear infection and the hubby thinks it is something with her stomach. We just gave her Tylenol to help her through the night but anyone else have any suggestions?

Is co sleeping an option so you both get some rest? 

I would see if her Ped. can look at her in the am.
