I use the vinegar and dawn for the bathrooms (it's freaking amazing - it removes the truck grease my husband brings home from work without scrubbing)... however, when it's warm (which is how it works best), make sure it's a well ventilated area because it's horrible smelling.
For the tile floors in the rest of the house, I use a mix - 1c vinegar, 1c water, 1c alcohol with a few drops of lavender and tea tree essential oils (they're supposed to be all antibacterial and, more importantly, they smell good).
Re: Tile cleaner
Watch for BOGO sales on it.
