Easy snacks for my Scentsy party

What are some easy snacks I can serve for my Scentsy party? All I can think of is chips and guacamole. I really don't want to have to actually cook anything.

  • I was gonna say meatballs too. I made little pinwheel sandwiches for Hayden's birthday party. Pretty easy. No leftovers so I guess the were tasty.
Just meat and cheese on a soft tortilla rolled super tight and cut about an inch thick.
I put a little mayo and lettuce on the ones I made and used shredded cheese to make the rolling easier.

  • It takes a bit of prep work but this is very yummy.

Take a loaf of sliced bread. Cut the centre of each slice out using a round cookie cutter.
Toast circles in oven until just a little toasted (in a muffin tin is good for getting them into the right final shape).

In a bowl mix cream cheese and chopped shallots/spring onion.

When the circles of bread are done spoon in cream cheese mix and top with a piece or half a piece of smoked salmon rolled up.

You can make the bread in advance and store them in a airtight container for a few days if that helps.
  • Im always a fan of those little cream cheese cucumber sandwiches. Fruit and veggie tray?
