8 month sleep regression?

Anyone going through this? We sleep trained and LO was sleeping wonderfully until just a couple days ago. Now it's a scream fest during bedtime and nap time. If you have already sleep trained, what are you supposed to do during a sleep regression? Stay regimented or just wait until this phase passes? This phase DOES pass, right?! Sigh.

I was wondering the same thing. I can't get DD to stay asleep. She took 1 nap today for 20 min. She's been waking at 2am and won't go back to sleep til 5am. We are dying of sleep deprivation! Sorry I'm no help but I'm here to support! Hang in there.

Thanks for the info and the commiseration! Oh man, I hope this phase ends soon for all of us so that we can get some rest! It might be teething too, but his cry doesn't seen to be a pain cry. He seems really fussy these days so maybe it's a wonder week. Honestly, whatever it is, I hope it goes away so I can catch up on sleep!
