~Lurker~ Beta?

Hello ladies, so I need to either be reassured or been give the cold hard truth....

So when I had my FET transfer they also had me do an HCG booster (I am not sure how much??)  to see if it would help since this is my third DE transfer. Well they had me do the following betas:

7dp5dt - Beta 22
10dp5dt - Beta 24
13dp5dt - Beta 36

They figured that because I had the booster that the 24 was more accurate. Then I was getting positives until last night, so today I was expecting to hear were done AND instead I hear the number is 36. They want me to stay on my meds and do ANOTHER beta next Thursday.

So WTF???!! Anyone seen anything like this? I am not hopeful this is going to go well, but I hate feeling negative either. UGH.

I'm confused. Are 22, 24 and 36 your hcg levels? (Apologies, it's been a long ass day with my students!) I'm not sure about hcg boosters, but I think the most important thing about hcg is the doubling time. It should double every 24-36 hours. I'd stay hopeful if your doctor wants to do another beta. First, I think anything over 20 is considered pregnant. Second, they must have reason to believe that this could be your bfp. Your doctor is probably waiting to give your levels a chance to rise. I am pretty sure that's why mine were so far apart. It's so hard to wait! Best of luck to you!

FX that it's a sticky bean! Beta hell sucks. My first one was 28 and I was so confused because I'd been getting BFPs for 4 days. But it went up to 79 then 223 so hopefully you just have a late implanter like I did!

Did you just transfer one?

@stinkerbell- maybe they were both implanting, and only one managed to? I know this has happened to other ladies on the boards in similar situations. But keep us updated and I hope they both borrowed in nicely!
