Femara Pressure & Bloating?

Happy Halloween everyone! I have a quick question regarding Femara/Letrozole and side effects. This is my very first time taking any fertility meds. I'm currently on CD7, which is day 5 of Femara (5mg/day). I'm scheduled to do my first Follistim injection this evening. I'm currently feeling some pressure and a mild bloated/full feeling in my lower abdomen. I'm not in any bad pain...its mild at this point and more annoying than anything. I'm assuming this is normal? I did have some quick, sharp pains on my right side yesterday, but they have since gone away. I'm trying not to over-analyze too much, but I want to stay on top of side effects. Other than that, I've just been feeling super fatigued. Any insight? What are your experiences with Femara/Letrozole?
