These dreams...

Please tell me I am not the only one having the strangest dreams ever...
Today we are having an elective ultrasound and HOPEFULLY they'll be able to tell us the sex of the baby.  We are so excited to find out, and I'm really going to be so upset if we have to wait longer to find out.
So this dream.
One of my best friends is along with me to go to the ultrasound because for some reason, my husband could no longer come.  We are running late, can't find it, just tons of problems and blah blah blah.  We finally get there and they are like "oh great, we are ready for you!" but instead of laying down and doing a normal ultrasound, we are just standing in a big auditorium.  They are projecting the ultrasound onto the wall like a movie, and we are just standing, watching, ohhing and ahhing.  Finally I ask "well can you tell the sex?" and she's like "No problem, just let me turn it to 3D because it's easier to see that way."  So she does, and up on the wall is a huge crotch shot of the baby with a huge 3D baby penis.  Movie sized.  And everyone is like "YAY!  It's a boy" and that's that. 

This is seriously disturbing me.  Who dreams about giant baby penises in their dreams?!  Is this not the weirdest thing ever?  I'm 99% sure it's a boy now, and thinking that this happened because I want it to be pretty obvious when we find out, no iffy crap...  But that?  Really?  I might need some meds...

My dreams are very bizarre too. I had a dream last night that I was a sex slave to one of the Baldwin brothers, on a ship. I woke up after he asked me if I wanted to try things his way without being drugged this time. Creepy.

Totally not the only one! The other night I had a dream that I went into labor 3 months early and within 10 min of getting in the room I popped out 4 babies. No pain meds no doctor or nurse just me. Haha. Ended up there were 3 girls and one boy and we could only take one of them home. At the time DH and I didn't have any names picked. So in the dream we decided to take the boy home and didn't know what to name him. Hahaha so weird.

You're not the only one- there is a crazy dreams post at least once a week!! my crazy dreams are pretty much nightly.

I haven't had any weird dreams but DH has, he wakes up in a panic almost nightly. Something about LO coming out and telling him off and leaving us. I hope they stop...,we're first time parents...so maybe it's just his nerves.

That's a good one, @joytomylifex ! I had a dream the other night that my belly was huge (like I was full term) only at 16 weeks and it was SEE THROUGH. Like a balloon. And I could see a little baby in there rolling around, and so I took some video of it on my iPhone to show my husband. And then I walked too close to a stove and it popped (like a balloon would) and I freaked out.  SO WEIRD. In the dream baby was a girl, so I guess we'll see!

Last night's dream was that DH and I were house shopping for a place in the $1.6M budget on the North Shore of Oahu. That DEFINITELY was a dream. A dream of a dream.

I dreamt last night a medic brought a body in. It looked all like a fetile position lord voldemorte that had all his skin peeled off. He was in what looked like a big zip lock bag. So the medic asks me: you going to get a body bag? And I'm all of course! I go to get the bag, returning without it and the medic is gone and the weird skinless man in a bag is "alive." But the medic is gone now so I can't ask him any questions about what happened to this patient. It's about this time I realise I'm not in the ER. So I grab the man in a bag and walk off to the supply closet complaining about not being a ICU Burn Unit nurse...it's about the time I realise that this supply closet is way to well stocked and can't possibly be real that I woke up.

Last night I had a dream that the SO an myself were crime scene cleaners? Lol in another country! the cops were pissed at us bc we were figuring out crimes before they could? So weird. Oh and there were random snakes everywhere. I woke myself up bc in my dream, a snake crawled up my arm and I was shaking it off!

I have had some really detailed and vivid dreams lately too- a few wks ago I dreamt that I was still pregnant but that you could take the baby out and hold it- weird And DH put it in a plastic bag to carry it and I freaked out on him and then he laid it on the bed and it fell off between the footboard and mattress and we couldn't find it! Lol
But last night was freaky- not about baby- but I swear someone was in the room whispering in my ear "it's momma" (I could feel breathe on my neck) and then lightly tapped me on the shoulder-I can't remember any other details- I just know I woke up immediately with chills freaking out and hid under the covers trying not to go back to sleep so the dream wouldn't come back!!
