27week growth U/S & echo update

So today I went in for a growth u/s & echo.

Growth went well. LO is weighing in at 2lbs 10oz, and measuring 6 days ahead. She had her butt facing us today so we couldn't see much of her face but she did wiggle her tiny toes. I'm so in love. I pray that things stay on track.
Echo went well also. I went to the cardiologist at the hospital I'm delivering at today for the first time. She was very nice and broke things down in detail about the vsd. She said its very small, and everything else looks fine. So she said theres no reason for her to see me again until the baby is born. She said once the baby is here she'll she what's what. But she said for now were good. So that was much of a relief. She did tell not to google because it will drive me nuts, which it was too late for that.

That's all from here. Next week I have my 28w check up with the OB and I have my GT. Yikes a little nervous.

Is there any questions I should be asking the OB? Do I get a tour of L&D?
TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

    Are you going to a child birth class at your hospital? Usually they included a tour. Glad your LO is doing good!

    I decided to not do birthing class. I'm a perfectionist by nature and it may sound silly but if I prepare myself for birth and it takes a complete turn in the opposite direction I may have a panic attack. So we opted out of that. I'm going to check with my OB about the tour.

    i know you are in jersey, right?  what hospital are you delivering at?  my hospital gives group tours and i think many of the ones around here do also.  
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    6/13: IVF #1 (1AA blast & 1BB blast) = BFN 
    8/13: FET #1= BFN
    10/13: FET #2= BFP!!!

    I'm delivering up in new Brunswick, St. Peters University Hospital. I swear they gave me paper work about a tour when I first went to my OB. But that's long gone. I really want a tour with DH, I'll def find out next week at my OB appt.

    Great news!!! Definitely ask about the tour. I am doing one with a birthing class later on but I bet they can have someone take you around at any time with notice.
