Congratulations!!!! my boys are 16 months apart. it was not planned, and we were like you and doing nothing to prevent it, but I was breast-feeding and all too. we were pretty surprised, but excited! I am not going to lie, it was hard going through morning sickness with a baby around and the first year was nuts. but it was sooooo sooo worth it all!! they have the most amazing relationship ever. they are crazy close and rarely fight.

Twins run in my hubby's family- but that comes from the mothers side right????

My brother in law was born 13 months after his twin brothers. 3 under 2

Honestly I'm not sure how they run.. My grandmother is an identical twin and there is another set of twins in the family somewhere.. I've heard that fraternal twins run in families and identical do not (but I'm no scientist, again just going off of what I've heard).. because of.. what is it called... hyperovulation or something? Whatever it's called when you release two eggs in one cycle.

I can't imagine 3 under 1!!! (or 2..)

That makes sense, and it would have to be the moms side then. I don't think there is a single twin in my family ever!
