Alliteration does not bother me at all-- so I don't mind it.  Love both names.

I love alliteration.  MNs aren't used that frequently in real life anyway.

I like it. I wouldn't sweat the J's unless like PP said, your last name is Johnson or something.

I like both names a lot! Jillian is on my long list for a phantom daughter.

I'm not a fan of alliteration in general so I would go with a different first name. What about Lillian Jane?

I like Jillian Jane.  I knew a Julia Jane and I always thought that was cute.

The double J's is too cutesy for me, I wouldn't do it. But if you love Jillian and want to use Jane as a MN, the two are said so infrequently together its really not that big a deal to do it (assuming you don't plan to use the double name)

I don't mind alliteration with first and middle names.  Most people don't know your middle name anyway.

Not too many for me; I like alliteration. (My daughter is Johanna Joy.) It's a pretty combo!

I like it. I like PP's suggestion of Lillian, too, though that one seems more popular to me. I adore Jane and also agree that it would be great as a FN.

I like Jillian Jane.  I knew a Julia Jane and I always thought that was cute.

You know what it is? It's not the double-Js, it's the J-N J-N combination. It reminds me of bells jingling.

I think that's why Julia Jane and Joanna Joy don't sound as bad to my ear as Jillian Jane.
