Potty training tip

I know it's early for this, but I'll forget before it's time, and I'd like one of you girls to remind me. 

A friend of mine just posted the following potty training tip on FB, and I'm copy/pasting:

If your child easily gets confused when in and of diapers ( like for going out if they aren't ready yet)... Put their underwear on and then put a diaper over the top... They'll still have the uncomfortable feeling they need to want to learn to hold it, but you won't need to worry about them peeing in their pants!

We did this with DD#1 and pull ups when we were potty training. The cotton training pants are what finally got her to go all the time on the potty.
