In Memoriam (A Poem)

I'm thinking of having this poem made into some kind of memorial plate or something for the babes.

My sleeping angels,

Sophie and Gabriel.

You showed us a deeper love.

I carried you every moment of your life,

Now we will love you every moment of our life.

Our little stars grew wings

And off to heaven they flew.

My heart has grown so much

The greater for having known you.

Though I will never hold you, or hug you

Or kiss you or tuck you in,

Or read you a story,

Or watch you grow, 

You are safe in our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. 

I hope you can feel, wherever you are, 

How much Mommy and Daddy love you,

Our bright shiny stars.

Thanks. Some moments I feel like I'm going to be okay, but then other times I feel like I'm being compressed by a giant vice grip.
