T&P for my grandma please - update: it's over

My grandma was just diagnosed today with ovarian cancer and bone cancer, and something is going on with her liver they are testing tomorrow and suspect it's liver cancer. She's 84. She also has diabetes and a pacemaker, so she may not be strong enough for treatments, and when I talked to her today even if she's offered the treatments she may say no because she doesn't want to go through chemo and radiation. 

UPDATE: My mom called about an hour ago to tell me she passed away. Now I'm laying in bed exhausted but can't sleep. I'm going out tomorrow (6 hr drive), part of me is sad she passed before I got there, part of me is happy she's no longer in pain. I'm glad I got to talk to her yesterday, she could barely say anything more than "I love you" and she sounded absolutely horrible.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, this sucks that it's all happening at the same time. Would suck if they were happening separately too, but all at the same time just makes it even harder.

Thank you so much everyone! Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I was out of town with no phone/internet service over the weekend. I appreciate all the T&P! It makes me "ugly cry" when I think about it, but my grandma and my baby are in heaven together now.
