Re Intro!

It's been quite some time since I posted!  We dealt with MFI, had our first with no interventions and the second with IVF.  My second will be turning 1 on December 1st!  I had a really rough pregnancy with him, was in the hospital on bed rest for 9 weeks (complete placenta previa and I kept bleeding), had him at 32 weeks and then he was in the NICU for 3 weeks. 

I just called and made out appointment to meet with our RE to discuss an FET.  We have 1 embryo left so I feel like it's a long shot but hopefully will be worth it! We will probably wait until sometime around March to start, but we want to know what will all be involved and how much of course everything will be.  

Looking forward to getting to know some of you guys and HI! to all the ladies I recognize, so glad to see so many of you here!

    Hi!! So glad to see you on here! It's been a while!
    dx: MFI 0% morph & low count. Occasional Anovulatory cycles.

    Yes it has!  I see you're doing your FET in January, how exciting! How many frosties do you have?  We only have 1 so I'm super nervous because that will be it for us then.

    Unexplained Infertility

    After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

    Welcome back!!!
    MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!

    Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions
    DH = 35 with low morphology

    April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET
    May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on
    6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 
    3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section

    Now on the quest for another, so our dear son is not alone.

    May/June '12 IVF/ICSI (antagonist protocol) =10R9M9F, 1ET = BFN, 2 frosties
    Aug '12 FET, 1ET= beta hell, 2 rounds of methotrexate, 4 months later Hcg < 2 
    Jan/Feb '13 IVF/ICSI (long lupron protocol) = 18R18M18F, 1ET = BFN, 10 frosties
    Apr '13 FET w 2ET (one from '09 and one newer) = (strep throat during 2ww) biochemical = BFN
    June '13 FET w 2ET = 1 baby boy lost at 10w, D/E with karyotyping, loss due to monosomy 21.
    Karyotyping of me and DH negative for a balance translocation.
    Dec '13 FET w 2ET, BFP!!!! 12/26 beta #1 10dp5dt = 781, beta 2 12dpt= 2234 could this be real?!
      Not giving up yet.
    5 frosties on ice.

    Truly realizing how much of a miracle my son is and praying this will be a sibling for him.

    Oh yay! So good to see you rjade! We were on PAIF at the same time and due within a few weeks of each other! Glad you get to spend this fall with your LO instead of at the hospital and on bed rest!

    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    I'm pretty good, super nervous for our FET as it will be our last fertility treatment if any kind and we only have 1 embryo!  DS is great he will be one December 1st!  He is reaching is actual milestones which is really good.  Glad to be back!

    Welcome back!!!! I remember you from back in the beginning of my days on 3T!

    Good luck with the FET. We will hopefully be going down that path later in 2014 ourselves!
