I feel like a hot mess, between the rib pain and this, I must be a disaster. About an hour or so ago my right leg started hurting, sort of like shin splints. I didn't think anything of it because I was still at work. I just got home and changed clothes and noticed that my right leg was swollen and much bigger than my left leg. My socks left imprints of their pattern onto my feet. I feel fine other than that. I have actually had more water today than usual not to mention the milk I had with breakfast and I have yet to eat dinner so more liquids to come. I am sitting on the couch with my feet up but this seems different. When does swelling become a concern, I feel like this is probably normal and can wait until my appointment on Friday. Does anyone have experience or advice with swelling? I am 32w1d for those on mobile.
UPDATE: I called anyway and just got home and showered from a 3 hour ER visit. The ER was super busy, they said people were coming in and leaving because the wait was so long. We think they got me in right away because of the baby. I didn't have to wait long, but I did wait outside in the bay because I didn't feel comfortable being around that many people who could potentially be sick/contagious. They tried to wheel me to labor and delivery because the valet told them too. They were confused when I said I wasn't in labor and needed a Doppler for my leg. Anyway after registering and seeing the triage nurse, I only went outside for about 15 minutes. The first nurse I saw found my heartbeat instead of babies. I'm not sure how you miss that. I saw a doctor and an NP then got an ultrasound of my whole leg. Luckily no blood clot, I need to wear tennis shoes with arch support, buy a maternity belt and walk less.
Can you call your OB's office and see what they think? It can't hurt.

I'm glad everything worked out ok! Why did they send you to the ER vs. L&D? That's a big pain, I wouldn't want to be around all those sick people either. Gross!

@BootsOrHearts, I was supposed to go to OB triage through the ER, just didn't end up there. I'm glad everything worked out too. I follow up on Friday with the OB.
Glad to hear everything is OK. That must have been quite a scare.
