Batman Costume

So a co-worker an I have decided to come to work as batman and robin. I got to be batman b/c ds has a cape already. I need to put this costume together by Thursday on the cheap. Any ideas?

Also we are toying with the idea of making tutu skirts with leggings.... yay or nay?

The main thing you need is a Batman mask, which is not easy to home make. You need some sort of belt, but you can just stick things on a regular belt and call that a day. And boots. Otherwise, you just need to cut out a bat symbol from felt for the chest.
