Uterus contracting 2+ weeks pp

I've been having some pain really low in my abdomen - not too painful but it kind of mimics the pain I had when my uterus was contracting in the hospital but I'm 2wks pp. Im b/f now which is also when i had the pain in the hospital. Is it normal for that to last so far after delivery? I've had very little pain in the past week so I'm a little thrown off by this and not sure what's normal.

Yep.. I had it for quite a while. It was worse during nursing sessions.

I had contractions off and on for a while too.

I remember having those for a couple of weeks, too.

Yep, it takes 6-8 weeks for your uterus to return to it's normal size. That whole time it is contracting and you may feel some more than others.
