LO sweating at night?

Lately DD has been sweating a lot at night.  If she wakes up at night from a bad dream I will go in and she will be sweaty on her back and her forehead.  She is dressed in a t-shirt and shorts and doesn't have the covers on usually.  It's not warm in her room it's actually pretty cool.  IDK.  Growth spurt?  She's almost 3. She has a well check coming up and I might ask the doctor about it.  Just wondering if this is normal I guess?

I have a sweaty kid too. She will pull the covers over her head for her nap and wake up soaked.
