WDYT of Devin? Middle names? What do you picture a Devin to look like? Thoughts/opinions/impressions? TIA!!

I'm meh on it.  I don't think I've even met a male Devin, I've met a few female Devons.  I'm no help on mns, I can't think of anything that goes well

I like Devon, when it's spelled this way (it's at least on our long list for a boy).  But I worry that people will mispronounce it as DeVON. Your spelling might solve that problem, even though I don't like it quite as well.

The majority of them I've met have been women, so I would assume a Devin would be a woman.

This is my top choice for a boy's name.  I'm a teacher and every Devin (or Devon which is my preferred spelling) I've had is just all around awesome. 

I know it's unisex but I've never had a girl with the name.

I think it's alright. (I like Gavin a lot more.) I do get a unisex vibe from it but I've never met any sex Devin ever in my real life. When I first saw the post I was going to reply that I liked Devon better but once I typed it I was not so sure. I can't decide on the spelling.

I picture a cute little boy right away when I hear it, not an adult.

What type of mn are you looking for, something different or unique or something classic or more common? Off the top of my head it seems strong classic names flow best with it.

I've read that Devon is the "feminine" spelling, so even if I liked it more, I'd be concerned about that

Its one of those names that I think is too girly for a guy, and too boyish for a girl, if that makes any sense. I also think both spellings look awkward.

I only know one female Devon, which puts it in the girl category for me just due to association.

It's okay. I have only known guys with this name so don't think of it as a girl's name/unisex. I also prefer Devon, which makes it a place name too (Devon, England).

I have known two-    a male and female and both spelled Devon which I prefer.   I like it- its one of the few unisex names I like just as much for both sexes
