My hair is halfway down my back and it has been taking me 25 minutes to blow dry it! F That! I need a new blow dryer. Preferrably one that is less than $50 - any rec's?
I got mine at Marshall's a while back but I see them there once in a while. It's by Babyliss and I think it was around 50 dollars. To be honest though, I was having the same issue and finally got my haircut up to my shoulders. I figure being pregnant, it'll grow back before Dec
Funny you should ask this...I had this problem until last week when I chopped off 8-9 inches off my hair! I have (had) long, thick and curly hair and just use the $30 drug store ones. I think they are Conair or something similar. If you can buy yourself an early Christmas present, the Chi dryers are super and fit diffusers pretty well.
I don't have a blow dryer by Babylis like @lorlor681, but I do have a straightening iron by them that has lasted over ten years and I love it. Their items are really good.
I have a Conair. Not sure what type, but it has three or four settings, including a cool setting to set your hair once it has completely dried. I've always used Conair blow dyers.
You can (or used to be able to) send in whatever hair dryer you currently have to Folica.com and they will give you a really good coupon to use toward a hair dryer there. I can't remember specific details, but you can look it up on their site.
My hair is also halfway down my back and thick. I got a Solia using the deal above, and it only takes me about 10 mins.
I can't remember how much I paid but I'm super cheap, so I'm sure it wasn't more than $50.
Re: NBR: Blow drying
This is the one I have. It dries quickly and I have had it for quite a long time.
