How many times a day do you change your underwear?

I use 1 pair a day, but its commando at night!  If i wore anything to bed, I would probably change em up, 12 hours is probably the max life expectancy per wash.

This is funny! I have night and day panties and if I change to a different outfit during the day I will moat likely change my panties too. Idk why I just do.

I've never heard of changing underwear more than once a day.

The only time I change during the day is if the outfit requires (light pants need light undies, etc). And yes nada at night.

I voted once a day, but I thought after a work out was a given.

I put on a fresh pair in the morning then a new pair before bed. If I workout/change outfits I will change it one additional time

I voted once a day. I will change into butted undies at night if I had a thong during the day. I havent worn thongs much since Logan was born, not sure why. Haha

I can't sleep without it. I can be wearing nothing else, but I have to have underwear on.
I change once a day after my nightly shower unless it's that time of the month and I get blood on a pair or something.

I voted SS, If I dont leave the house I've been wearing my hubby's boxers instead of undies Lol...they are so comfy tho. I will change though if I go somewhere lol.

All of this and I cannot fathom wearing my husband's underwear.. new ones I steal from him, yeah.. but wearing a man's underwear that used to have stinky ass man sweat in them.. no thanks.

I'm SOOO glad I'm not the only one who changes in the morning and at night, and if I change my outfit at some point during the day, i usually change underwear too (to fit the occasion). DH thinks i'm a weirdo. Now I've got backup. :-)

I said one.  But when I was more active at the gym I would change after my workout.  Hoping to get back into that routine again so my answer may change to twice then. ;O
