Weaning and feeling sick

I am in the process of weaning my almost 14 month old boys have have been getting really bad migraines in the process... I'm assuming it's connected to the weaning because I don't normally have headaches this bad. This morning I was dry heaving in the bathroom and I feel like I am barely functioning today. Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you do to feel better? I'm down to 1 time a day and want to drop it in the next week, but am terrified that my symptoms will get worse. Help!
