Less promising appointment today

Well now my RE isn't happy. I had about 12+ follies from 6-11mm on tues and today I have a total of 5 that kept growing and are in the 9-13mm range. I am on max dose stims already and if I lose anymore follies he will cancel me. I know it might still all work out but I just feel sick about it. For many reasons I'm not sure we can afford to cycle again in the near future (ie next 3 years). I feel so sad even though things aren't over yet. It just feels similar to my first attempt. I know things are probably exaggerated by the hormones too. Sigh.

Oh kaf, I'm sorry lady. I hope those follies get in gear. Mine were sluggish on max dose stims, too, but they kicked it in to gear at the end of stims. I hope yours are the same!

Hugs, kaf. I only really had five "contenders" though we retrieved 11 (the five from the start were the mature ones). The feeling of impending cancellation sucks. However, the measuring is tricky at such small sizes. Still, 5 is great for DOR and I'm crossing everything that your fav five keep growing and several more get with the program (we had one immature end up fertilizing!).
