If 1 kid is sick, would you bring the other healthy one to daycare?

If it makes a difference, I'm pretty sure DS1 (2 yr) had the bug first. He was sick Sunday, totally fine by bedtime.

Now DS2 (7mo) has a fever and is throwing up. I'm going to stay home tomorrow and bring him to the dr if he hasn't improved. I would rather not drag DS1 with us, so I'd love to just send him to daycare. Is it wrong of me to ask my in home dcp if she'll take him tomorrow?

If they are healthy, there is no reason they shouldn't go. I imagine it would be easier to take care of the sick one without the other in your hair.
