Sleepy baby today

LO has been so sleepy all day today. Which has helped me get some things done. But has me worried that tonight cld b a long long night. Yesterday he was awake most of the day.

Sometimes they sleep better at night if they sleep well during the day.  Sleep begets sleep.  Hope that's true for you!

It was right for us yesterday. Trying to get DD down for another nap and hope it works tonight.

My lo rarely sleeps any stretch during the day- today he took 3, one hour naps and a three hour nap. I think its the growth spurt- hes 3w2d

Same here all day has been eat and sleep...hoping shell sleep tonight

DD was the same yesterday, very sleepy and she actually took naps. I'm happy to report she slept from 9:30-6:00 so I'd say it helped! She always sleeps for pretty long stretches at night but this was the best so far.

Any time my LO does this, I panic thinking he'll never sleep at night, but he always does. His worst nights seem to follow his awake days.
