Is anyone using or has used this product in the past? Any suggestions?

I have them, and I like them enough to wear them 1-2x a week. 

I've been having issues with nipple pain/soreness, so I'm topless (and with any sort of pads) as much as possible.  

My only complaint with lily padz is that I don't feel like I can get enough pressure, and while they stick to me, there's a large enough gap that I'll start leaking and the pad holds the leakage, so my nipples hang out in a breast milk bath until I notice them and dry them off.  Not sure if this happens with others..

I used them here & there with DD#2, but I thought they made me look like I had huge pointy nipples, and as PP said when I did leak it kinda grossed me out just sittin in it. They're efficient though, so just depends what you're after!
