new machine issues

I recently got a new washer and dryer... this one https://www.lg.com/us/washers/lg-WT1101CW-top-load-washer

I'm having major issues with it...I've donw the wet towels...disnt work .anyine have ideas... with our old machine the diapers ame out super clean now they come out stained and not absorbing...ugh

What is your washing routine?  I have an HE top loader (Whirlpool).  I've found that a wet towel won't increase my load much.  Running a second warm rinse with no spin before the hot wash does increase the water, though.

My routine is a cold rinse, normal wash 1tbsp of all hot water, another rinse with hotbwater

Try that second pre-rinse I was talking about and see how much water is in your hot wash.  I just started experimenting with my wash settings and I was surprised to see how they affected my wash level.  Also look into the different wash options.  I run a heavy duty wash.

Hi there! I just bought this washer and I am having major issues too. The diapers come out with poop still on them in the creases. This never happened with my old washer. Did you figure out a good wash routine?
