Graco Duo 2-in-1 Swing & Bouncer

Hello everyone! I have started looking at baby gear and am curious to hear your opinions. 

We are in a 2 bedroom condo and I am looking to save some space. 

I like the idea that the Graco doubles as both a swing and bouncer. 

Does anyone have it? Also, is a swing and bouncer absolutely necessary?

I was also looking at the FP Snugabunny cradle n swing but the reviews say it is quite large. 

It also does not look as easy to transport from room to room..

Any opinions or suggestions are welcome!

I have the Graco 2 in 1 and I LOVE it. The bouncer also vibrates which my DS loves. I use the swing for naps and running around downstairs. I use the bouncer/vibrater when I need to run upstairs or use the bathroom. I think it is totally worth the money.
