OMG. Seriously? This is actually good advice. Quit trying to be a martyr. You've said some things that were inappropriate and posted some misinformation. By lurking and learning more, you would have avoided this. She didn't tell you to quit posting. She said be more responsible.

And said along the lines of how it was inappropriate for a newbie to post on everything. She then suggested that I hang back until I'd been around longer. Really wasn't much else to it.

You are going to let someone dictate how frequently you post? If it was a reg I bet they did not get to reg status by sitting on the sidelines not posting. Tell that person to suck it and do what you want. If people don't like what you post, you will know, but really who the eff cares anyway?Just own your PW status and if you win make that badge your biitch!

I honestly doubt it's that serious, for you to post the PM in a thread. This all sounds a little overly dramatic. I don't know about you but I am a grown ass woman and I will post if I want too, as long as what I am saying isn't off base. I would say to the "reg" thanks for the advice and continue about my way. 

JFC- If you don't want the nominations I can take you off the polls. We are adults here, this is why I state at the beginning if there was going to be an issue to let me know.
