When to start dilemma

Hi everyone, This is my first post

My husband and I have been talking baby for the past few months now but the timing seems wrong..we just bought a house that we are renovating and we are going to Punta Cana with a group of friends in January. I really want to start trying when we go to Punta Cana but the only problem is, my best friend's wedding is mid October and I'm her matron of honor. I would hate to miss her wedding because I was in labor or on bed rest or something. Do I just put my plans on hold for a month or two? Or do I just say screw it and take my chances? My husband is on board with whatever I decide. Tia!

Just looking for unbiased opinions, my husband and I will ultimately make our own decisions. Aren't you quite the charming welcoming comittee.(would you look at that? I can be sarcastic too)

Chances are it'll take a few months to get pregnant, so I'd go ahead and start trying in Punta Cana (PS - went there for my honeymoon, where are you staying?)

I would say go for it!!! I feel like there's ALWAYS going to be something going on in your life. Always someone getting married, always a trip planned, never enough money saved, etc. i think there will always be something in your way if you think of it like that. But I definitely understand! You don't want to miss out on things. I say get started!

Id whoop it up in punta Cana!!!! Then try there if the timing is right!! I was 9 months pregnant in a friends wedding & all was good--I f you don't have to travel! I think January is the best time because you're not pregnant by the holidays and can drink!
