Appendix follow up...DH definitely is clueless

We knew this was a possibility and so I purposely switched cars with BFF so she could pick up kids and he could be with me. Instead, he picked up the kids and I'm here on my own.

I missed something. Are you definitely getting your appendix out now? If so can you BFF come up? Or go switch places with your DH?

Yup...sitting in Pre-op right now and BFF is going to meet up with DH to take kids but they'll both miss me based on timing. I'm so annoyed because he's all in a tizzy about making sure the kids are fed... News flash: BFF has watched our kids before, knows our house and is capable of figuring it out!

I'm sorry you have to surgery.  That sucks.

Maybe he's handling his nerves in a not so good way?

I had to sit for a surgery alone last year. Med school told dh he could have thirty minutes with me. Super helpful. @.@

It was miserable. I'm really sorry you're alone!
