Literally.
So apparently when I push babies out my nethers, it really hurts my bottom. I get hemorrhoids and anal fissures. With Lucy, this was all gone by my 6 week check-up.
This time, the feeling of pooping glass shards lasted 12 weeks and I had to use hydrocortisone and good ol prep H suppositories to deal.
Welp, the pain from the fissure has returned. Blood in the toilet and the worst pain ever. I eat plenty of fiber and drink water so I'm not even pushing (sorry for that image) but it still feels like I'm being ripped in half. I live in fear of having a BM.
I keep reading that surgery is sometimes a must. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice? I have zero medical insurance right now so maybe I just need advice on coping until I can get coverage and really deal with it permanently.

Eta: whoa spelling (sorry sleeping baby on my arm!)
I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.
