Just so you know, board etiquette is pretty clear on this sort of thing:  if someone asks for opinions on a name for a potential child, it's fair game to criticize and offer honest opinions.  But, it's never fair game to give critique or criticism to an already-named child.

So, if someone asked "I'm thinking of the name Richard for my child, what do you think?" people could criticize it if they wanted.  But it would never be okay for someone to say, wow Soap1, your kids have horrible names.
