How far along/How old are your multiples? 26w4d! 11 weeks to go!

Where are you located? Los Angeles, originally from Ottawa Canada

What do you/plan to do for day care? On a list for daycare, will get a nanny in the meantime - its cheaper and we don't have any family near us

Favorite activity/pass time? Hockey, following tv shows, running, drinks with the girls 

What do you do for work, and did that change when the multiples arrived? Work full time as an attorney at a law firm, hoping to ease up on my hrs when the kids arrive, but its hard to do.

Pre babies: I play on a womans ice hockey team (except this year )and our son also plays its his second year so that keeps us busy most the winter season. Now: bed rest so lots of crocheting, Netfilx, and snuggle time with my little guy!

I worked as an EMT in my civilian life but I was also in the Army as a Medic for 4 years before our first arrived.

I dont drink with the exception of New years and Christmas our family has two drinks we always make and they are delicious! 

Most looking forward to going into the holiday season?

My due date is Christmas day so I am looking forward to my two new little presents to arrive! They will be here before that so spending Christmas as a large family is going to be awesome! And sharing our traditions with the new little ones. Also Thanksgiving dinner I love Thanksgiving dinner

I was a teacher for 7 years before the twins arrived (4 years teaching 3-8th grade Spanish, Latin, and ESL, 3 years teaching HS Spanish). Now I SAH but I have started a part-time job w/ a curriculum development/teacher training company. It has super flexible hours and I work from home...ya know, in all my spare time....

Favorite cocktail? Oooh that's a tricky one. I'm more of a beer/wine girl, but I do love the fruity cocktails every once in awhile....pomegranate martinis, strawberry daiquiris, etc.

Im lucky, sort of. DH and I work opposite schedules. So he gets the boys Tues - Fri, I get them Sat and Sunday (alone) and they go to my friends for daycare on Mondays. My son who is 2 is already on this schedule. It is much cheaper and 90% of DS's time is spent with a parent.. while still having two working parents. It works for us.

Favorite activity/pass time?

Watching Grey's Anatomy on netflix and crying. Im 3 seasons behind. I know.. shameful!!

What do you do for work, and did that change when the multiples arrived?

Im a Project Manager for a software company.  This won't change after the twins come.

Booze!? Where?! Im so deprived. I love margaritas, but anything tropical with malibu gets my vote.

Making it through the holidays pregnant.  That is my goal. Anything else is a bonus as long as I can keep these guys inside!!

We recently moved to Missouri from Wisconsin and I miss it so much! Well, except for the snow today that is . We lived in Madison but I grew up in northern WI. We moved here just in time to bring record snow to this area last winter so we'll see what this winter brings.

What do you plan on doing for daycare- lucky for me my parents live close by and are both retired so they have both volunteered to help us out!!

Favorite activity/pass time-   We love to take short trips to the beach and our plan is to hopefully make it up to the mountains next summer (we have never been yet because we relocated to Charlotte from Buffalo 2 years ago)

What do you do for work- I work as a RN in a busy Trauma 1 Emergency Department. I plan on going back to work after the boys come I can't imagine not doing what I do I love it!

Most looking forward to going into the holiday season- First I really love Christmas it is my favorite holiday. I love everything about it- decorating and getting together with family and friends. This year I am extra excited because our doc said we would deliver between 35-37 weeks which means our little bundles of joy will be here before Christmas!

I have seriously no clue. Private daycare here is astronomically expensive but I haven't found a in-home place that can take two infants either. I am nervous about getting a nanny...don't like the idea of someone in my house but I'm running out of options. I'd love to stay at home but not economically feasible right now. I'm hoping to find a new job that will allow me to work from home somewhere down the line.

Almost 14 weeks.. I'm with the "not far enough along!" thought.  My body doesn't like being pregnant!  I was looking at images showing what happens with our internal organs as the babies grow.. egads, my poor insides!

I was building up a monetized Youtube channel doing Let's Play's with video games when I got pregnant and so very very sick.. I'm just starting to work towards going back to that.  Before my older daughters, and while my ex-husband was in college, I worked both in inside sale and as a restaurant manager.

Used to be Amaretto Sours.. tried a Diablo at the luxury movie theater near us with Silver Patron in it.. egads, amazing drink.

Christmas with my husband and our girls.  My husband and my first anniversary    Last year was a year of transition and before that I was "doing the right thing" and staying in a dead marriage.  We went walking through the Christmas section on Saturday morning and I felt like a little kid.  After a decade of forcing Christmas cheer, I am beside myself with excitement at a REAL holiday!

Most looking forward to going into the holiday season? Dhs moms family does Hanukkah and I'm excited that its not right on top of Christmas this year and its on my weekend off. Traveling 2+hrs each way when you have to be up any 5am the next day is rough!

1) 20 weeks 1 day (in utero)

5) I don't have time for pass times haha. But my girls love when I play my acoustic guitar for them.
