That baby fever I was speaking of last week? Its gone. For now

While visiting my IL's this past weekend, we dropped by to visit some old friends of MH. They have an adorable almost 2.5 year old boy and an 11 day old boy. We stayed with them at their place for maybe an hour and any hint of baby fever I had is pretty much nonexistent now.

Their 2 year old is very active, quite like K, and the mom had to have a 2nd C-section, as I most likely will, and it just looked like a nightmare! I told MH that I am 100% sure that I will not be wanting to TTC anytime until at LEAST next summer. That visit was just what the doctor ordered to cure me. Whew!

I don't know how you ladies who have them so close in age do it. I am just NOT cut out for that!

Ha! You manage to find a new normal. But yeah... it's a freaking circus every day. 8-}

I hear ya! H and I were both a bit traumatized through the birth and newborn process. It was totally worth it but we still need some time to work up the courage to do it again.

I had to laugh as we are in the middle of the circus right now of finding our new normal!

I will say though my second c-section recovery was amazing! I was lifting, cooking and driving a week out.

The first month or so is very chaotic but it all falls into place and you can't remember what it is like without more than one
