Monday Appointments

Who has an appointment today?  Are you worried or excited?  Let us know when (including time zone) and what kind and I'll update a list in this post!  Good luck to everyone!

Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    Lol, I hope my T&P thread isn't stepping on the toes of this one!

    I have one today, a second dating ultrasound. I have mixed feelings because there's a chance things will show that things aren't going too well (with all my spotting), but I'm excited because this could be the day where I can stop worrying and we'll se the LO (or rather, little blob) in there :)

    It's at 8:30 EST (2.5 hours from now)

    Of course not!  I think it's a great idea!

    I have one at 2 CST. It's my first appt and well be doing an u/s to see how things are going. I am absolutely terrified. I've never had an u/s that had good results; they were all to confirm losses. :/ Hoping today is different!
    BFP #1:  8/10/11 EDD: 4/9/12 Natural miscarriage @ 7 weeks: 8/20/11
    BFP #2: 8/31/12 EDD: 5/18/13 Chemical pregnancy: 9/4/12
    BFP #3:  5/17/13  EDD: 1/24/14 Loss at 5 weeks: 5/29/13

    Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 

    Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
    Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
    Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
    Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP!  EDD: 6/7/14

    I have an ultra sound today because if brown discharge. Really nervous haven't slept much. They told me to call as soon as they were open and they would get me in early. They open in 2 hours.

    I have a first time ultrasound today at 8:40 EST to check on things and date the pregnancy. I'm super nervous about it, first time pregnant so not sure what to expect.

    Beautiful daughter Alyssa born April 23, 2011 
    Precious son Isaac born at 34 weeks in April 27, 2014 with Potters Syndrome Type 4 and Down Syndrome - trusted into the arms of Jesus after 3 hours.
    Pregnant again! Due August 8, 2015 please be healthy, little one!

    I have my first appt. with my OB today (2:45 Eastern). No idea what to expect. I think I'm too early for an ultrasound.

    Also just got word that they found "something" on my last mammogram, so we have to sort that out as well.

    I'm pretty well terrified.

    First appointment is today at 4pm mountain time. I'm 6 weeks 6 days and I hope we get to hear a heartbeat!!! And good luck to everyone out there!

    Have a general GP appt today 5:30MST - it was scheduled for follow up from a car accident I was in over the summer, but am going to use it as a chance to tell my dr and figure out what the next steps are - i.e. will he follow me through my pregnancy, do I need someone else? etc. I was in a different city for DS and am not sure what is different here. 
    Would love if my Dr could follow me - he has been my family Dr since I was a baby and is really, really good. 

    ****Update**** GP is sending me for bloodwork to confirm the pregnancy (he nearly feel out of his chair when I told him he was so surprised - he's known me since I was a baby. It made me laugh :) ) I go back to see him on Thursday when we have the test results and he will send me to an OB for the pregnancy.

    I called my dr today to beg for some betas done to give me some reassurance and I go in today for that. Of course, I won't know anything yet, but I'm just happy I can see where things stand!

    lol, thaaaanks to whoever made that clerical error. But, it ended well! Baby is fine, I can stop worrying the way I was (because I'm probably never going to stop worrying, lol), we saw the heartbeat, but I forgot to ask the bpm 

    Anyways, thanks, everyone, for the thoughts!

    I am so happy your ultrasound was good. I hate about all that stress you went through though. Congrats!

    I have 2 appointments today, I have my 8 week OB history with a NP and then right after that I have an appointment with another OB since mine is out of the office today and I was spotting over the weekend so they want me to see someone today. 

    I am pretty nervous about it because last time I did the OB history I had a ultrasound a few hours later we found out I was having a MC. So maybe I am superstitious but I am terrified of the same thing happening this time around.

    My appt. went well. They did the blood work, started scheduling my ultrasounds and other tests answered all my questions and generally made me feel a hell of a lot better about everything.

    My official due date is June 14 -- day before Father's Day. (We conceived on dad's birthday!)

    Hope everyone else had equally good -- if not better -- appointments.

    I didn't get too much info at my appointments today, got a bunch of lab work and a flu shot and I get to go back tomorrow for an ultrasound to check to see if the baby is growing still. I am kind of nervous because DH can't be there tomorrow and I am pretty sure it's going to be a bad ultrasound.

    me too!  They also measured me today at 6 weeks and 6 days.  we got to see a heartbeat. Very exciting!

    We heard a heartbeat!!! I feel so relieved! And the US tech said she thinks we are at 7weeks 1 day! And as she was taking pics the baby moved! I was not expecting that!
