Hi! My son 2.5 yrs old was recently diagnosed with ASD. I am looking into supplements and was wondering where you get yours. I have looked at a few places online, but am looking to see if I could find them a little less expensive.

Whole foods has been a good source. We got a huge bottle of nutrasea (a fish oil supplement) in capsule form for fairly cheap--i paid $13 on clearance for 120 capsules. Instead of soending a lot more on the liquid form for kids thats a lot more expesive, i found out what dose was recommended for her weight, cut the capsule open and add it to her smoothie in the morning. It's really helped decreased her stimming. We also use kefir which is a natural source of probiotics. We had a huge language explosion a few weeks after starting it.
